InstantCash offers its own credit products directly to qualifying consumers, subject to affordability assessments, credit checks, approval criteria, and the provisions of the National Credit Act.
In addition to its own lending activities, InstantCash also operates as a referral, lead generation, and affiliate marketing service by introducing consumers to independent third-party registered credit providers for purposes of obtaining credit products that may better suit the consumer’s profile and requirements.
Where a consumer is referred to a third-party credit provider:
* InstantCash acts solely as an intermediary, referral partner, and/or affiliate marketing partner;
* InstantCash is not the credit provider in respect of the referred application;
* InstantCash does not conduct the final credit assessment or approval decision on behalf of the third-party lender;
* InstantCash does not determine the terms, interest rates, fees, repayment terms, or outcome of any application submitted to a third-party lender;
* Any credit agreement entered into by the consumer will be solely between the consumer and the applicable third-party credit provider.
All third-party lenders operate independently and are separately registered with the National Credit Regulator where required by law.
InstantCash may utilize affiliate links, tracking links, digital campaigns, and marketing material supplied directly or indirectly by third-party registered credit providers and/or affiliate network or media platform partners with whom InstantCash maintains referral and/or affiliate marketing relationships.
Such marketing campaigns, advertisements, banners, links, and promotional material may be displayed or promoted through:
* The InstantCash website;
* InstantCash social media platforms;
* WhatsApp and digital communication channels;
* Online advertising platforms;
* Third-party media and affiliate platforms;
* Other digital marketing channels operated or utilized by InstantCash.
By clicking on any affiliate, referral, tracking, or promotional link published, distributed, or promoted by InstantCash, you acknowledge and agree that:
* You may be redirected to the website or platform of an independent third-party credit provider;
* Your application for credit will be submitted directly to the applicable third-party credit provider;
* InstantCash does not control or administer the third-party lender’s application process, approval process, pricing structure, terms, conditions, or lending decisions;
* You voluntarily consent to engaging with and applying for the loan product offered by the third-party credit provider through the InstantCash referral and/or affiliate link.
By submitting your information through this website, WhatsApp channel, application form, affiliate link, referral link, or any other InstantCash platform, you expressly consent to:
* InstantCash processing your personal information;
* InstantCash sharing your information with selected third-party registered credit providers for the purpose of assessing your credit application;
* Being contacted by InstantCash and/or third-party credit providers regarding your application.
InstantCash may receive a referral commission, affiliate commission, marketing fee, or performance-based compensation from third-party credit providers, affiliate networks, or media platform partners for successful referrals, lead generation activities, or funded applications. Such compensation does not influence the outcome of any credit application, and all approvals remain subject to the independent assessment criteria of the relevant credit provider.
InstantCash makes no representation or warranty regarding the approval of any application submitted to third-party lenders and does not guarantee that any consumer will qualify for credit.
All personal information is processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”) and applicable South African legislation.
For any credit agreements approved and funded directly by InstantCash, the company acts strictly in its capacity as a registered credit provider under NCRCP23202.
